ANOGYRA PASTELLI FESTIVAL

Saturday, 17th September 2005, 7pm

Anogyra’s Friends and the Authorities of the village are organizing the 17th annual Pastelli Festival, which takes place on the 17th of September 2005.

The programme includes:
A demonstration of making pastelli and other carob products.
Entertainment includes a performance by the well-known band “Glykies Penies”
Which will perform popular Greek and Cypriot songs.
The village dance group will perform folk Greek and Cypriot dances in traditional costumes.
Every guest will be given a pot of special sweets cooked in carob juice and a piece of pastelli.
Tickets £6 - food included.
Everybody is welcome.

Anoyira 10 km Road Run on 10 th April 2005

The village of Anoyira urges you to join us on 10th April 2005 for our second annual Anoyira 10 km Road Run . Set amidst beautiful natural terrain, this unique running event will indeed provide both experienced and amateur runners with a rewarding challenge, as well as excellent entertainment for family and friends.
